Simply mix these ingredients into your fruit infuser bottle, let it infuse for a few hours in the refrigerator, and drink throughout the next day for an effective detox.
Lemon: Lemon is a natural energizer. It hydrates and oxygenates. Lemon juice boosts your immune system, helps to cleanse and balance Ph in the body.Lemon water makes for a powerful detox drink. Add 2-3 thin slices of lemon to our fruit infuser water bottle, or squeeze fresh lemon juice into the bottle.
Mint: Mint adds a touch of freshness, helps eliminate toxins from the body, is a known blood cleanser, and helps settle your stomach and aids in digestion.
Cucumber: Cucumber water is magic. Adding a few slices of cucumber to your water helps rehydration and remineralization. Cucumber relieves joint pain, aids in weight loss, and has been known to help fight cancers and diabetes. Add a few slices of cucumber directly into the bottle.
Ginger: The spicy root helps cleanse out your system, aids in digestion, and settles your stomach. Use ginger sparingly as a few small thin slices are packed with strong flavor. We like to put the ginger into the infuser basket.
Lemon water on its own is also a powerful daily infusion.
You can also try to split the ingredients into different combinations for a variety of tastes.
